- Medical Coverage: Jubilant Cadista offers a comprehensive medical plan through United Healthcare that covers employees and their dependents. Employees may choose to enroll in one of two plans. Both plans offer 100% preventative care coverage, competitive cost sharing percentages with $20 co-pays.
- Prescription Coverage: Our employees prescription drug plan is designed to help reduce the cost of out of pocket expense for our employees and their dependents.
- Vision Coverage: Vision coverage is included with the medical plan through the Superior Vision network for reimbursements on glasses, contacts, frames and lenses.
- Dental Coverage: Jubilant Cadista offers a comprehensive health, dental, and vision plan to all of their employees and their dependents. Employees may choose to enroll in one of two plans. Both plans offer 100% preventative care coverage, competitive cost sharing percentages with $20 co-pays.
- Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts: Jubilant Cadista’s Flexible Spending Account allows our employees to pay for certain out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses with before-tax dollars.
- Company Paid Life & AD&D Insurance: All Jubilant Cadista employees receive company paid Life & AD&D insurance at 1x their annual base salary at no cost.
- Optional Life & AD&D Insurance: Employees can participate in voluntary Life & AD&D insurance in increments of 10k, with a maximum of 5x annual base salary or 500k. Optional Life & AD&D Insurance is also available for employee’s spouses up to 50% of the employee’s optional amount. Coverage for children up to 10k is also available.
- Short and Long Term Disability Benefits: Jubilant Cadista provides Short and Long Term Disability Benefits for all of their employees at a rate of 60% their monthly earnings.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Employees of Jubilant Cadista have access to a fantastic EAP Complete program that they can use for guidance and support.
Work/ Life Balance:
- Vacation: All employees of Jubilant Cadista are eligible for paid vacation time which accrues from date of hire.
- Sick Time: We provide our employees with six paid sick days on an annual basis. These also begin accruing from date of hire.
- Holidays: Our Company recognizes 9 paid holidays in a calendar year: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, U.S Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
- Personal Protective Gear: Production related personnel are automatically enrolled in our Company sponsored prescription safety eyewear and safety shoe programs.
- Verizon Wireless Discount: All employees of Jubilant Cadista are eligible to receive a Discount on their Verizon Wireless service.
- Gym Reimbursement: Jubilant Cadista employees are eligible for a gym membership reimbursement, which is part of our Health and Wellness Program.
Retirement Planning and Savings Plan:
- 401K Plan: Our employees are eligible to participate in our company sponsored 401K plan. Jubilant Cadista will match 50% up to the first 6% of their contributions.
