Marlene brings over 30 years of experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Program Management to Jubilant Cadista Pharmaceuticals. She has held key leadership positions with Catalent, Novartis, Impax, Wyeth, and Procter & Gamble that span the full range of pharmaceutical businesses including Rx, OTC, generics and CMO/CDMO.

In her role as Vice President – Cadista Site Head, she is responsible for the leadership of the Cadista site operations. Marlene joined Jubilant in 2021, and brings experience across a full range of pharmaceutical technologies including; transdermal, oral dissolving films, liquids, ointments/creams, suspensions as well as oral solid dosage forms.

She has delivered consistent results through operational excellence programs, TPM, and cultural transformation. Marlene holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
